Everybody eats and everybody has personal preferences and patterns. I can help you break through these patterns and support you in making better choices, tailored to your goal. I personally strongly believe in nourishing your body. It is not about what you are not allowed to eat, but what you should eat to keep your body healthy. The rest will follow. Even if you want to get rid of those extra kilos, this is how I work; I calculate what you need and based on that we will ease into a new way of eating. And while working on this new pattern and a healthy weight, I promise you that you don't have to starve yourself and that you will have more and more energy.

To feel good and comfortable in your own skin (literally and figuratively), it is essential to keep moving. You probably already knew that, but a lot of people have a hard time getting off that couch and exercise. I can help you with this. From small adjustments in your daily life to hardcore workouts and everything in between: I will chase you until you too can’t live without exercising anymore. Your goal is obviously the most important motivator and we will decide together what suits you best.
COAching
We always start by setting your goal. Do you want a healthy BMI, do you have a certain weight that you finally want to reach or do you just want to live a healthier and more conscious life? This determines how I work. I coach in a positive and motivating way, but I am not afraid to tell you the truth either. Prior to our consults we will discuss what kind of approach you prefer. One person wants daily contact, while the other doesn’t. The most important thing is that you feel good about it, so I will guide you in a way that suits you. Conversations, measurements, recipes, anything! We can do this where you like; cozy at my own kitchen table, in a noisy coffee bar or more privately at your house. A digital coaching session is of course also possible.
