Intake | €80
During an extensive intake we discuss your current situation and take a number of measurements. Based on this we will get to work. You can either opt for individual consults until you are satisfied, or go for a package of (at least) 6 weeks. 

Single consult | €50

Consultation of approximately 45 minutes.

Package 6 weeks coaching | €300

Start a coaching course with me for at least 6 weeks. With an extensive intake and subsequent personal sessions, we work closely together to achieve your goal.

Food diary analysis | €75

Keep a record of what you eat using a form, and receive an analysis with practical do's & don'ts for the future. The perfect kick starter for goal-oriented people who want to get started quickly.
